Description

Pokémon afflicted with this status condition have their Special Attack halved. They also lose 1/8 of their max HP each turn.

It functions much like a Burn, but affecting the offensive stat: special attack, yet it also has some little extra effects.

The Drenched status can be alleviated if a move were to cause a Burn. E.g. if Will-O-Wisp lands on a drenched Pokémon, the status will be cured. Flamethrower has a 10% of alleviating it.
Moreover, the Drenched status can be superseded by the Frozen status. And the chance of a drenched Pokémon freezing is doubled. E.g. Ice Beam has a 20% chance of causing a Freeze on a drenched Pokémon.

Exisiting moves that can cause drenching:
Aqua Tail
Hydro Pump
Surf
Water Gun
Each one has a 10% chance of causing a Drenching.

New Moves:
Flash Flood
Plunge
Slush Shot
Submerge

Soak retains its function of changing the opponent's type to Water.

Now that I have a better ressource, this statut condition seen to be based on Water Intoxication. Having too much water in the stomach causes ion destability and without salt, this can be deadly.

But turn out that I am wrong. It is not the equivalent of Quenched but it still hurt as Water Intoxication.

I was wondering why Drenched cause damage, maybe it make the pokemon cold and get sick. Hmmm.

And that mean that pokemon with Water Absorb are immune to this statut condition. And we will have a special ability that prevent the pokemon to be drenched.

Drenched will be a boost for ice-type and their freezing move!
