Pokedex:
Glorb evolves into Strobella at level 16.

Glorb has very poor defences, and so to overcome this, abuses its Double Team move. And so the "flocks" of Glorb people claim to see are often just the one! As a trainer, if you find away around its Double Team illusion, expect a blinding Flash for Glorb's next move, as it will try to flee as you recover your sight.

Glorb does not give off light constantly, but it can infuse its whole body with light within seconds, allowing good use of attacks like Flash and Shine Smash.

Battledex:
Glorb is a pure Light Pokemon, meaning that it is weak to Ghost and Grass attacks.

Glorb has good Special Attack, but with only Ray to use this stat, Glorb struggles with battles. Especially if the foe is one of the six types that resist Light attacks.

However, with Flash and Double Team, Glorb can hope to evade a few attacks, giving it more time to wear down the opponent with Rays. Nevertheless, evolution to Strobella and Solar Shot are a welcome relief.
