Surprice

The Mist Pokemon
Pokedex:
Surprice retain the playful nature of Sbook, wanting to constantly startle unsuspecting trainers. This is usually done in jest, as they just want to joke around, but sometimes Surprice will cause true terror. They do this by conjuring ominous forms out of mist, and making them surround its target, trapping them in a chilling nightmare. However, Surprice will only feel the need to do this if it feels threatened or wants to protect a flock of Sbook.
Surprice remain out in the open tundra, looking out after the younger Sbook. As they have grown in strength and speed, Surprice feel more confident and are often seen without being masked by a cloud of mist ( [link] ), like Sbook always are. However, as explained above, they can summon one at will, most likely when they want to hide, before swooping out at someone, with their incredible Speed!
As a Surprice feels more intense, especially in battle, the blue tints at the tips of its body spread further up. If you ever see a completely blue Surprice, RUN.
Battledex:
Surprice is a dual Ghost/Ice Pokemon meaning it is weak to Ghost, Dark, Fire, Rock and Steel moves.
Surprice maintains Sbook's stat layout, just with everything boosted by about 15 points. This means it still functions best as a Special Sweeper, so it's time to drop the Ice Ball and Astonish attacks and embrace the slew of Special attacks that will now be coming your way.
Surprice already outspeeds all other Ghost pokemon, even Froslass and Gengar, meaning that you can get in that first crucial super-effective Shadow Ball.
Surprice's mystical control of mist, allows it access to the incredibly rare move that is Mist Ball. This complex move of Psychic origin, has a nice 50% chance of lowering the foe's Special Attack, meaning that Surprice might be able to stick around a bit longer in battles; ordinarily its defences are sub-par.
Surprice's mist abilities also grant it the use of Water Pulse, which can be a nasty surprise for any Fire and Rock types switching in.

Clever name play, and the concept is great! The faded blue is a nice obvious touch for the ice type look.
